Ingredients:
White pasta 1 cup
butter 1 tbsp
All purpose flour 1tbsp
milk 3/4 cup
salt 1/4 tsp
pepper 1/4 tsp
minced onion 1 tsp.full
cheese shredded 1/2 cup
bread crumbs little
Method:
1. In a kadai, add 2 cups of water and allow to boil. Once it starts boiling, add the pasta and salt and allow to cook for 10 mins. Stir in between.
2. Once it is done, keep aside.
3. Heat another kadai and melt the butter. Add the flour and stir. Gradually stir in milk. Stir in low flame, till the sauce thickens.
4. Add salt, pepper, onion and cheese and stir till cheese melts.
5. To this sauce, add the cooked pasta and stir well and allow to cook for 3 mins.
6. Transfer to a serving bowl or plate and top with bread crumbs.
