Tilapia Pan fry


Ingredients:

Tilapia fish whole 1
salt
pepper
dry basil leaves
oil
tomato sauce

Method:

1. Heat a tava and add 1 tbsp. of oil. Place the cleaned whole tilapia fish on it.

2. Sprinkle one pinch of salt and one pinch of pepper on the top portion of tilapia. Take a pinch of dry basil and crush in your palms and sprinkle that too on it.

3. Flip the fish. Repeat the same for the other side too.

4. Cook for 8-10 mins. by flipping both sides every 2 min. Once it is done, transfer to a serving plate and coat the both sides of the fish with tomato sauce. Serve.

It is a good appetizer.
