Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1 cup
Palak/spinach leaves 1 cup (pressed)
salt
cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Method:
1. In a bowl , mix wheat flour, cumin seeds and salt. Make a paste of palak leaves with very little water and pour into the wheat flour.
2. Add necessary water and mix well to make a thick dough.
3. Make balls out of this dough.
4. Spread the balls using rolling pin into a thin sheet (not very thin).
5. Heat oil in a kadai and once the oil is hot enough, fry the sheets until cooked.
6. Serve with potato subji or chole masala.
