Sweet wheat dosa




Ingredients:

wheat flour 1 cup
sooji/rava 1/4 cup
coconut grated
sugar
salt 1 tsp.
oil

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, sooji, salt and water and mix well to form dosa batter.

2. In a plate mix, grated coconut and sugar. Keep aside.

3. Heat a tava and pour a tablespoon of this flour and spread for dosa. Sprinkle coconut-sugar mixture above this and press it slightly.

4. If one side got cooked turn the other side slowly. You have to cook this receipe in low flame. Since we sprinkle coconut above dosa, if you cook in high flame, the coconut will get black soon and the dosa will not cook properly inside.

5. If both the sides got cooked, serve. You can have this as such. There is no need of any sidedish for this.

This is very easy to make and if you are in a hurry you can prepare this thosa and since it is a sweet dosa, children love it.
