Karamani fry/ String beans fry


Ingredients:

string beans 1 bunch
salt
chillie powder
coconut oil 1 tablespoon

Method:

1. Cut string beans into medium size pieces.

2. Heat coconut oil in a kadai. Add the string beans into it and saute.

3. Saute and fry the beans till it cooks in a medium flame.

4. Cover the beans and saute in between. Once the beans got cooked reduce the flame and add salt and chillie powder and saute till the raw smell disappears.

Serve with tamarind kulambu/rasam/sambar with rice.
