Idly


Ingredients:

Idly rice 4 cups
urad dal 1 cup
methi seeds a pinch
salt

Method:

1. Soak idly rice and urad dal and methi seeds for one hour. Grind to a fine paste to form a batter.

2. Add salt and mix well. Leave this batter for rest one whole night.

3. The next day stir the batter and cook in idly plate.

Serve with sambar/chutney.
