Sweet chappathi


Ingredients:

Wheat flour
salt
sugar
almonds
ghee

Method:

1. In a blender make a coarse powder of almonds and sugar and keep aside.

1. Mix wheat flour and salt. Add hot water and mix well to make a thick dough.

2. Make rounds and spread the dough to small sheet.

3. Apply little ghee and one teaspoon of sugar-almond mixture inside the sheet. Fold the two sides of the sheet towards inside and now fold the top and bottom of the sheet also towards inside. Now it looks like a square shape.

4. Spread the sugar-almond stuffing sheet again to medium thickness.

5. Toast the both sides of chappathi .

Children love the taste of this.
