Ingredients:
rajma 1 cup
coconut 1/2cup
turmeric powder 1/4tsp.
chillie powder 1/2tsp.
cumin seeds 1/4tsp.
garlic 2 cloves
coconut oil 1tsp.
Method:
1. Soak rajma one full night. Pressure cook rajma and keep aside.
2. In a blender grind coconut, turmeric powder, chillie powder, cumin seeds and garlic coarsely.
3. Heat a pan and add cooked rajma and the grinded coconut and salt and stir well. Stir till the raw smell of the powders disappear.
4. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil to this, stir well and turn off the flame.
Serve with rice as a side dish.
