Potato ulukku


Ingredients:

Potato 3
salt
chillie powder 2tsp.
ginger garlic paste 1tsp.

Method:

1. Boil and cut potato into cubes.

2. Mix the salt, chillie powder and ginger garlic paste to the cooked potatoes.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add this potato mixture to it. In a low flame stir the potatoes often.

4. Leave for 30 seconds and stir again. Repeat this till the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste and the chillie powder disappears.

5. Little potato stick to the pan. Scrub it in between while stirring. The potatoes which stick to the pan also gives a nice taste to the curry.

Serve with curd rice, lemon rice or rasam and rice.
