Potato fry


Ingredients:

Potato 2
oil for frying
salt 3/4 tsp.
chillie powder 2tsp.

Method:

1. Cut potatoes into medium cubic slices.

2. Heat oil in a kadai. Fry the potatoes in hot oil.

3. Place the fried potatoes in a bowl. In hot fried potatoes, add salt and chillie powder and stir well with a spatula.

4. Heat 2tsp of oil in a kadai and turn off the flame. In the hot kadai add the potato mixture and stir well.

Serve with curd rice.
