Palak dosa


Ingredients:

palak a bunch chopped
ginger garlic paste 1tsp.
salt
green chillie 1
coriander powder 1 tsp.
thosa flour

Method:

1. Heat a pan and add oil and ginger garlic paste and saute. Then add chopped palak, little salt, green chillie and coriander powder and saute for 3 min. Turn off the flame.

2. Make this to a fine paste. Add this paste to a bowl of thosa flour. Mix well and pour in thosa tava and prepare delicious palak dosa.

Serve with coconut chutney.
