Onion bhaji


Ingredients:

Onion sliced 2
besan flour 1 cup
salt
chillie powder
hing little

Method:

1. Take the sliced onion in a bowl. Add 1 cup besan flour to this and add salt, chillie powder and hing to this.

2. Sprinkle water little by little and mix the flour so that all the flour sticks to the onion. Don't tighten the flour.

3. Heat oil in a kadai and put this flour mixture in small rounds. Serve with tomato sauce.

It is not a pakoda. But it looks like a pakoda and easy to make. It only takes very few minutes to prepare. If sudden guests came in an evening time, you can prepare this as one of your evening time snack.
