Lemon rice


Ingredients:

cooked rice 1cup
lemon 1/2
turmeric powder a pinch
hing little
salt
dry red chillie 2
mustard
urad dal/channadal 1 tsp.
curry leaves

Method:

1. In a cup squeeze 1/2 lemon and add salt, turmeric powder and hing. Mix well.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, urad dal, red chillie and curry leaves. Turn off the flame.

3. Immediately add lemon mixture in the cup to the pan.

4. Add rice and mix well. Serve hot.
