Egg cake - fried


Ingredients:

Maida flour 1 cup
egg 1
soda salt a pinch
sugar 6 tsp.
curd 2 tsp.

Method:

1. In a bowl, break an egg and add sugar, soda salt and curd and beat well.

2. Pour this into a bowl of maida. Mix well to make a dough.

3. Keep this for 1 hour and fry in medium hot oil so that it cooks nicely inside. Serve.
