Cucumber yoghurt pachadi


Ingredients:

cucumber 1 chopped
coconut grated 1/4cup
green chillie 1
cumin seeds a pinch
salt
yogurt 2 tbsp.

Method:

1. Cook chopped cucumber with little water and salt.

2. Grind coconut with cumin seeds and green chillie to a paste in blender.

3. Once the cucumber got cooked add the coconut paste to it, stir and cook for 2 mins.

4. Turn off the flame. Once the cucumber curry got chilled, add 2 tbsp. of yoghurt and stir and serve as a sidedish for rice. Good sidedish for rice with dal coconut kuzhambu.
