Coconut kuzhambu


Ingredients:

coconut grated 1 cup
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chillie powder 1/2tsp
salt
garlic 1 clove
cumin seeds 1/4tsp.
mustard seeds
urad dal 1/2tsp.
curry leaves

Method:

1. Grind all the ingredients in a blender to a fine paste. Pour this into a bowl and add necessary salt and water so that we pour to the rice and have it.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and urad dal and once the mustard crackles add curry leaves.

3. Add the coconut paste liquid to this and immediately turn off the flame.

You can prepare this by frying drumstick leaves in oil after we adds curry leaves. This gives a nice taste.
