Batoora


Ingredients:

Maida flour 3 cups
sugar 1/2 tsp.
sooji/rava 1/4cup
baking powder 3/4tsp.
curd 1/4cup
vegetable oil

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients to maida flour and mix well. Add necessary water and mix the dough like chappathi.

2. Apply vegetable oil on the surface of the dough and make it rest for 4 hours.

3. After that make rounds of the dough and spread the dough for medium thickness and fry in medium hot oil.
