Sweet poori


Ingredients:

Wheat flour 1 cup
salt
coconut grated
sugar
oil for frying

Method:

1. Prepare the dough for poori by mixing the flour and salt and water.

2. Make rounds and flatten it to form a disc of medium thickness.

3. Mix coconut and sugar. Place this mixture on the disc.

4. Fold one end of the dough and stick to the other end by applying little water to the ends. Now the coconut-sugar mixture is inside the dough.

5. Fry in medium hot oil.

Children like the taste of this. You can make this like an evening snack.
