leafy egg omelete


Ingredients:


egg -1


onion -1 chopped


curry leaves -10 leaves


coriander leaves


pepper powder


Method:


1. In a bowl, take chopped onions, chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. To that add an egg and little salt.


2. Beat well. Heat a tava and spread the beaten egg mixture.


3. Toast both the sides and serve hot with rice.


Note: Usually children won't take curry leaves and coriander leaves. But like this if you prepare for children they will have it without hesitating.
