Ladiesfinger fry




Ingredients:

ladies finger 250g
salt
pepper powder or chillie powder

Method:

1. Chop ladies finger into round thin slices.

2. Heat 3 tbsps. oil in a pan and add the chopped ladies finger. Fry for 2 mins and cover with a lid. Stir every 2 mins by opening the lid and after stirring cover the lid again.

3. Continue this till the ladies finger becomes dark colour and crispy.

4. Now add little salt and pepper powder. Stir and serve.

Tastes good with curd rice.
