Carrot fry


Ingredients:

carrot 5
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2tsp
urad dhal 1/2tsp
salt
turmeric powder a pinch
chillie powder 1tsp
garam masala 1 tsp.

Method:

1. Cut carrot into pieces.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dhal and curry leaves. After the mustard and cumin seeds are crackled, add carrot.

3. Saute the carrot. Add little water and close the pan with a lid. Let it cook for 5-10mins.

4. Add salt, turmeric powder, chillie powder and garam masala. Stir well and serve.
