Mushroom curry


Ingredients:

Mushrooms - 1 pack 250gm
onion - 1 big chopped
tomatoes - 2 medium chopped
ginger garlic paste
chillie powder - 1 teaspoon
chicken masala - 2 teaspoons
salt

Method:

1. Clean and fry mushrooms in hot oil till it becomes brown so that it removes the smell of mushroom and tastes good. Keep the fried mushrooms aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, curry leaves and chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and fry till yellow.

3. Now add chopped tomatoes and fry again. Add the fried mushrooms to this.

4. Stir well and add water and salt and cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.

5. Now add chillie powder and chicken masala and fry for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
