Gobi stir fry


Ingredients:

gobi - 1
salt
turmeric powder 1/4tsp.
chillie powder 1/2tsp

Method:

1. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Boil water with salt in stove. Once it is boiled switch off the stove and add cauliflower florets into that, so that the small worms hidden will come out. (follow this procedure for all gobi receipes)

2. Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a kadai and add the florets. Stir well and close the kadai with a lid.

3. Stir every 5 mins. When the cauliflower got cooked add only little salt (already we have added little salt), turmeric powder and chillie powder. (add according to taste) and stir for 5 mins.

4. Serve hot with babycorn capsicum rice or any variety rice like this.
