Baby corn capsicum rice



Ingredients:

Baby corn - 5-6 (cut into circles)
capsicum chopped - 1 medium size
onion chopped - 1
pepper powder - 1teaspoon
lime juice - 1/2 lemon
salt
chillie powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 2 pinch
cooked rice - 1 cup
mustard
curry leaves


Method:

1. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard, curry leaves and chopped onions and saute till it becomes brownish yellow.

2. Now add chopped capsicum and baby corns and saute for 10 mins.

3. Add salt, turmeric powder, chillie powder and pepper powder and fry till the raw smell goes. Now add rice to the mixture and mix well so that the mixture spreads evenly in rice.

4. Now squeeze the lemon above the rice and mix once again and off the stove.
Serve hot.
