Pineapple kesari



Ingredients:

Pineapple juice (diluted) - 3cups

Rava - 1 cup

sugar - 1/2 cup

ghee

Method:

1. Heat ghee in a tava and fry rava till it becomes light yellow colour.
2. Pour 3 cups pineapple juice to that and stir continuously.

3. Now add 1/2 cup sugar (since pinapple juice have some natural sweetness) to it . Stir continuously till it becomes little thick.

4. Pour this kesari into a greased plate. Decorate with fried cashewnuts and serve hot.
