Mushroom cutlet



Ingredients:

Mushrooms - one pack

Peas - one handful

Potato - 2 (small)

onion - 1

choppedcoriander leaves

ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

salt

chillie powder - 1 teaspoon

egg - 1

bread crumps

Method:

1. Clean and cut mushrooms into small pieces. Fry till golden brown and keep aside.

2. Cook potatoes and peas, mash it and add to fried mushrooms.

3. To the mixture add chopped onion and coriander leaves.

4. Add salt and chillie powder and mix thoroughly.

5. Make small balls of the mixture and press it.

6. Take an egg, beat it and pour in a small bowl.

7. Now dip the pressed ones in egg and then dip in bread crumps and fry in oil. Serve with tomato sauce
