Coconut Burfee



Ingredients:

coconut, grated - 2 coconuts

sugar - 2 cups

Ghee - 1 cup

Cardamom, powdered - 5-6

Method:

1. In a heavy bottom pan, fry the grated coconut in ghee.

2. Add sugar and cook on a low flame.

3. When the mixture is thick add the cardamom powder.

4. Remove from the fire and spread in a greased plate and cut into squares.

5. Serve when it gets cooled.
