Sweet corn chicken


Ingredients:

For marinating:

Breast tenders approx.1 lb
salt
red chillie powder 2tsp
ginger garlic paste 2tsp
curry masala 1tsp.
vinegar 1tsp.
soya sauce 1tsp.
tomato sauce 1tsp.
corn flour 2tsp,
rice flour 1tsp.

For sauting:

onion medium 1 chopped
sweet corn 1 cup
tomatoes 2 small chopped
green chillies 2 chopped
salt
chillie powder 1tsp.
tomato sauce 2tsp.
oil

Method:

1. Clean and Marinate the chicken for 20 mins. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the marinated chicken and keep aside.

2. Heat 1tbsp. of oil in a kadai and add the chopped onions and green chillies and saute till the onions are transparent. Add ginger garlic paste to this and fry till the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste disappears.

3. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute for few mins. Add the sweet corn to this and mix well. Then add salt and all the powders and mix well for 5mins. Add tomato sauce and stir well.

4. At this stage add the fried chicken and stir well so that the sweet corn mixture should mix well with the chicken.

5. Serve with any variety rice.

Note: You can also add bell peppers to the sweet corn mixture. It gives a nice flavour to the recipe.
