Ingredients:
dosa flour
onion chopped
coriander leaves chopped
gingelly oil
Method:
1. Heat thosa tava and add one tablespoon of dosa flour and spread in medium thickness.
2. Mix the chopped onion and chopped coriander in a plate. Add chopped onion and coriander leaves above the dosa flour and press with dosa spatula/ dosa thiruppi.
3. Add gingelly oil along the sides of dosa. If one side got cooked, turn the other side and cook.
4. Serve with sambar/any chutney.
