Coconut chutney


Ingredients:

coconut grated 1cup
green chillie 3
cumin seeds 1tsp.
garlic 1 clove
hing little
tamarind peas size
ginger a small piece
salt

Method:

1. Grind all these ingredients in a blender by adding little water to a fine paste. Keep this in a bowl.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and once it got crackled, add curry leaves. Pour this into the chutney and stir well.

Serve with idly/thosa/urad dal vada.
