Semolina jaggery kheer


Ingredients:

semolina 1 cup
jaggery 1 cup powdered
sago 1/4cup
milk 2 cups
coconut milk 1cup
ghee
cashewnuts
raisins

Method:

1. Cook sago and keep aside.

2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry semolina till golden brown.

3. Add 1 1/2 cups of water to it and allow to cook. Once it got cooked add cooked sago and jaggery to it.

4. Stir well. Add milk and stir. Once the jaggery got dissolved well, add coconut milk to this. Stir and cook for 1 min.

5. Atlast add cashewnuts and raisins fried in ghee.
