Pepper chicken


Ingredients:

chicken 1/2 kg
finely chopped onion 1 big
chopped tomato 1 small
chopped garlic 10 cloves
ginger garlic paste
mustard
curry leaves
salt
chillie powder 1 tsp.
pepper powder 2 tsp.
coriander powder 3 tsp.
oil 1 tbsp.

Method:

1. Clean the chicken and marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste for 15 mins.

2. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard and curry leaves. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute till golden brown.

3. Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 1 min.

4. Add the marinated chicken and salt. Pour water. Cover and cook.

5. Once it got cooked add chillie powder, coriander powder and pepper powder.

6. Mix well, cover n cook for 2 mins and serve.
