Mattar/ Peas gravy


Ingredients:

Mattar (peas) 1/2 cup
potatoes 2
onion 2 sliced
tomatoes 1 chopped
ginger garlic paste 1 sp.
salt
chillie powder 2 tsp.
chicken masala 1 tsp.


Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min. Add sliced onions and saute. Add one chopped tomato and saute again.

2. To this, add chillie powder and chicken masala powder and saute till raw smell disappears. Off the flame and make this into a paste in a blender and keep aside.

3. In a cooker add potatoes, green peas, salt and this paste. Pour necessary water and pressure cook till 3 whistles.

4. Open the cooker and serve with chappathi or roti.
