Ingredients:
Beans chopped 2cups
coconut grated 1 cup
turmeric powder 1/4tsp.
chillie powder 1tsp.
cumin seeds 1/2tsp.
garlic 2 cloves
salt
Method:
1. Heat a pan and add chopped beans to it. Add water and little salt to cook.
2. Grind coconut, turmeric powder, chillie powder, cumin seeds and garlic coarsely in a blender.
3. Once the beans got cooked add the grinded coconut and stir well. Cook for 1 min.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and once it crackles add curry leaves. Pour this into the beans curry and stir.
5. Serve as a sidedish for rice.
