Vegetable fried rice


Ingredients:

long grained rice 1 cup
beans 10 finely chopped
carrot 2 finely chopped
onions 2 finely chopped
cabbage a small piece finely chopped
spring onion leaves finely chopped
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
pepper powder 1 tsp.
soy sauce 2 tsp.


Method:

1. Soak rice for 1/2 an hour in water. After half an hour drain the water and fry the rice in a kadai with little oil. Keep aside.

2. Cook the fried rice partially by adding little salt and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Saute till brown. Add finely chopped onions and saute for 5 mins.

3. Now add finely chopped vegetables and saute for 10 mins with little salt. Add soy sauce and stir well.

4. Place this vegetable mixture in a bowl. Add pepper powder to this mixture and stir well. Keep aside.

5. Heat one tbsp. of oil in a pan. Add 3 scoops of cooked rice and the necessary fried vegetable mixture for the rice and mix well so that both mixes/fries evenly. Serve hot.

You can keep the rice and the veg.mixture separately and you can mix it like this just before eating so that you can serve the fried rice hot each time you eat.
