Tomato jam


Ingredients:

bangalore tomatoes 5
sugar 5 spoons

Method:

1. Cook tomatoes slightly as a whole. Peel off the tomatoes and grind to a fine paste without adding water.

2. Heat a pan and add this tomato paste. Stir well. After it becomes little thick and the raw smell disappears, add sugar and stir again.

3. After it becomes thick like jam sprinkle some cardamom powder, stir and off the stove.

It is a nice combination for vegetable rice.
