Ingredients:
vermicelli - 1cup
ginger garlic paste - 1 tspoon
onion -1
beans -3
carrot -1 small
ghee
pulao masala or chicken masala - 2 tspoon
lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
salt
cashewnuts
Method:
1. Fry 1 cup of vermicelli in cooking oil till golden brown. Keep aside.
2. Saute a spoonful of ginger garlic paste in cooking oil for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add chopped onions and vegetables and saute again for 2-3 mins.
4. Now add pulao masala or chicken masala, lemon juice and salt to taste.
5. Add 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to boil.
6. To this add fried vermicelli and cook for 8-10 mins. At last add cashewnuts fried in ghee.
