Semolina milk kheer



Ingredients:

kheer vermicelli - 2 cups
milk - 500ml boiled without water
sugar - 1 cup
cashewnuts
ghee

Method:

1. Fry vermicelli into golden brown in ghee in a kadai. Add 1 cup of water and close the kadai with a lid and cook for 5 mins.

2. Check whether the vermicelli got cooked. Now add sugar to it and stir well. Once the sugar got melted add the milk and stir well.

3. Fry cashewnuts in ghee and add to it. Serve hot.
