Egg roast


Ingredients:

Egg - 4

Onion - 3

tomatoes -2

salt

chillie powder -3 tspoons

pepper powder - 1 tspoon


Method:

1. Boil the egg, remove the shells and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, curry leaves and onion. Saute the onion till it becomes pale yellow colour and add chopped tomatoes and saute again for 10 mins.

3. Add salt and chillie powder and fry. Cover with a lid for 2 mins.

4. Now add pepper powder and mix well.

5. Just cut the boiled egg on both the sides like a cross so that it should not cut into pieces.

6. Add this egg into that onion-tomato mixture and mix well and serve.
