Chicken fry


Ingredients:

Chicken - 1/2kg

chicken 65 masala - 5 tspoons

ginger garlic paste - 2 tspoons

chillie powder - 1 tspoon

corn flour - 1 tspoon

rice flour -1 tspoon

Method:

1. Mix ginger garlic paste, chillie powder, chicken 65 masala, corn flour, rice flour and little water and marinate chicken in this paste for 1/2 an hour.

2. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry.

The rice flour and corn flour we have added gives more crispyness for the receipe.
