Brinjal curry


Ingredients:

Brinjal sliced 4
tomato 2 sliced
onion 2 sliced
salt
chillie powder 1 sp.
coriander powder 1 sp
chicken masala 1/2sp
ani seed powder - 1 sp.

Method:

1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard , curry leaves and add sliced onions and saute till golden brown.

2. Add sliced tomatoes and saute. Now add sliced brinjal and saute again.

3. Reduce the flame, add salt and water and mix well and cover the kadai with a lid. Let it cook for 10 mins.

4. After it got cooked add salt, chillie powder, coriander powder, chicken masala and ani seed powder and stir well.

5. Cook till the raw smell of the spices disappear. Serve hot.
