Bread omelete


Ingredients:

Bread 2 slices
egg 1
salt
ghee

Method:

1. Toast the bread slices in a tava by adding ghee and keep aside.

2. Beat an egg in a bowl with little salt.

3. Pour the egg in the tava and spread very thin using a spoon and add one spoon oil surrounding it.

4. After 30 secs it cooks and now place the toasted two bread slices on the egg with little spaces between the two breads. (No need to turn the egg)

5. Now fold the egg so that one bread comes over the other. Serve.
