Mushroom Coconut Curry

Ingredients:

mushroom 8 oz chopped
Onion 1 big chopped
garlic 3 no.s
green chillies 6
grated coconut 3 tbsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
mustard 1/2 tsp
curry leaves few

Method:

1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Allow to crackle.

2. Add curry leaves and onions and saute till the onions are transparent.

3. Once the onions are transparent, add garlic and green chillies.

4. Now add the mushrooms and mix well. Reduce the flame to low.

5. Meanwhile hand mix, grated coconut, coriander powder, cumin powder and little water to make a paste.

6. Add the paste to the mushroom.

7. Cover and cook till the mushrooms are cooked. No need to add water.
Mix well.

8. Serve with rice.
